"Hi, this is Joylyn Everett here with my lovely assistant Bridget in beautiful Malibu, California here to talk to you about commercial punk clothing and where you can find it. Mainly any large shopping mall, but there are also local commercial punk stores, any main street in any town. A few examples of punk clothing are this camouflage skirt here, cherry print top, this is the kind of vintage style commercial punk pin-up. We've got the shiny cherry pants, and pink skater-punk pants. Some people will say that commercial punk is not truly punk because punk is not commercial. Unfortunately, most people don't have the time, patience, or creativity to make their own clothes. So, going to a commercial punk store is more easily accessible and takes less time."

It works well for the younger mall generations, but look to your own style and imagination if you'd truly like to be walking in the footsteps of punk bands such as Black Flag or Bad Brain, ect..." Also keep in mind, to avoid that embarrassing moment where 10 other people at the club/show have your outfit, try going to thrift stores, you'd be amazed at how easy (and cheaper) it is to slap on a few safety pins, or sew in a few "O" rings and make a completely unique outfit. No time or skill you say??? Try out ebay, or gothauctions.com, or any other online auction where people sell their home-made punky one of a kind clothes for 1/3 the price of that mass produced cheap s**t that you get in a mall...
