"Hi my name is Juan Lino and you can visit me at my website at http://www.massagebyjuan.com. Feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have regarding any of the topics I discuss. The next topic of conversation is hair care basics. There are about four hair care basics. The first one that we’re going to talk about is shampooing. Um, it’s always a good idea to shampoo, of course it helps to keep your hair clean; you should always condition after you shampoo. Conditioning of course adds moisturizer to your hair, adds shine to the hair and it makes your hair easier to comb and it makes your hair a lot smoother. You definitely want to brush and comb your hair, what this does is, of course is get out any tangles you might have, it also helps spread the oil from the scalp through the hair to help coat the hair and to also give it a shinier healthier look and not look so dry. Maybe if your hair is damaged that oil from your scalp can give it a smoother appearance and help it look a lot healthier. One of the last things, or I guess the fourth thing that you want to do with your hair, is that you want to with your hair is that you also want to go ahead and massage your scalp. If you have thinning hair it’s always a good idea to massage your scalp. This increases the oxygen and blood flow to the scalp and which can help or maybe increase your hair growth. But the idea of massaging your scalp because it doesn’t get massaged very often would increase again the blood in the oxygen and lead to healthier hair and also, hopefully, help your hair grow if you’re thinning. But those are four things to think about, shampoo, condition, comb for your hair, and massage your scalp and you should have good head of hair. "
