"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village. We're going to be doing some nail art today. This is a fast drying top coat that I like to use. It's called "Out the Door", it's a good top coat for a fast dry and it's a very thin top coat. Just notice the pictures on the nails before the clear and then you'll notice afterwards how this just pops to life. It makes such a big difference. Make sure that you go a head and start from the top going down. You don't want it to puddle so make sure you get the right amount on there; you don't want it to be drippy. Look at the difference of day and night already between one and the next. It's really going to make this jump off the page. This is what brings, this is the secret to the whole nail art, is the clear. Without the clear it's not that nice yet, with the clear it's amazing how this just comes to life. If you can see as I'm doing this the shine on there is amazing and it kind of blends those colors together so it looks a little more realistic especially in your sunset. If your sunset to you doesn't look really nice in the beginning you're going to notice it looks much better after you get this clear on. It will kind of change and transform the whole nails. If you can see that, this one coat is starting to disappear, it's going into the paint, that's why you need a few layers. If you just left it alone it would be OK, but it's still not shiny enough yet. You need to put a couple more coats on. That's where you're going to get your biggest bang is your layering of your clear. Make sure as you're doing this you're turning the finger so you get all the nail covered it's not just the front or the top, but you're turning it so that you get the sides also. Real important or else your paint will start to wear on the edges. You want to almost, the brush is hitting the side like it's almost wrapping around to the back side of the nail. When it does that it keeps your paint from wearing off if you're in the water quite a bit. You can see that made a big difference in that glitter, just adds a lot to it too. That glitter shows up, doesn't matter that it's gold because the water behind it's blue. That gives you a lot of depth. The last step we're going to do after putting more clear on is cleaning up those edges."
