"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village. And we ar e gonna be doing some nail art today What we are gonna do now is just grab any glitter you've got any color is fne you dont want to use, alot of it you just gonna pounce it into the water you dont want to cover up your water. So be careful not to put too much on there we just want little specs where the sun is hitting the water so look at your brush and make sure you really clear the edges off if you can get as much off as possible a little bit is gonna go a long way. so just take your glitter and just a couple of dabs of glitter where the sun is hitting the water and your gonna just slightly put a little tiny bit in here you dont have to do all the whole amount of water just do onje spot in the water just to get your point accross that your sun is hitting the water as its going down yo dont want to take too much and you what you want to do it be sure it's good and dry before putting yourgonna put your clear on because if your glitter is still wet your gonna have glitter ond everything so thats why its real important to have a ltitle bit on your brush not alot you just want it to stick on there you don't want it to be wetf be sure its, good and dry if you have to turn the other side of your brush the tip is already used up, I dont really need any more you. I just want to get a tad bit more off of here and you can pounce a ltittle bit. So now we what were gonna do is show you how your water looks with your glitter in it and that would be good for the glitter i don't think we need any more of that."
