"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village. We are going to be doing some nail art today. Hi, next step is we are doing the water so you want to kieep the water like and airy too, you don't want it to get too heavy kinda like the clouds. So take your brush at an angle and just kind of dab in here your kinda pouncing more than anything and then after you pounce dab your brush head a little bit and drag your white through your blue and if you get too much white through your blue and then you always add some more blue back in there its totally fine to add it back cause it makes it look realistic. So keep that in mind your water needs to drag out away from your sand and your gonna do that pouncing motion with tthe edge of you brush so take the edge of your brush kinda using it like a little point and just pounce it kinda looks like its foaming so your water is a little foamy as it comes up on the sand. So if you keep going, remember that you need a little bit of room for your palm trees too, so you dont want to cover up your whole base just slide your brush back and forth getting some of those waves in there opps they are moving around and take your brush and remember your going in like a circle motion here and your gonna go from side to side and you need a little bit more i want it to look like it crashing at the the kinda like beach line here so go ahead and pounce there is no right and wrong to this either just go ahead and play with this what ever you do I'm sure it will look good because it looks different every the water crashes up against the sand and it's neither will this, this is why we can be a little different and while the paint is nice and dry the next thing we are goina do is the palm trees and I'll show you that as soon as i get this done. Now this is nice and dry so this is nice and easy to work with. And like I say if you want to add glitter later, you can do that, I have gold glitter today that I was gonna add. It doesn't matter what color glitter you use, you could use blue, you could use teal, it doesn''t matter, it just use silver anything works. I just like to make sure to that I have a little bit of sun coming down on my water so it looks like the sun is setting on the water."
