"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village and we're gonna be doing some nail art today . While I'm waiting for my beach to dry, I'm gonna be putting some clouds in here, so you want the clouds to be actually on the wet side so they are omn the transparent side you don't want them to be too heavy and too white and so get your white paint pretty wet and dab out off the excess, I'm still using the same brush right now but when your going ahead to do this you can see how it looks before it goes on and you can always wipe it off if you want just like that. Then again im putting it on and I can wipe it with my finger immediately, but i did like that so I'll put it back. But you want to get a little demension so I like a little bit of clouds going over the mountains and that gives a little more demension too. So don't put too many clouds in there because its a sunny day your not gonna have alot of heavy clouds just a little bit here and there and go ahead you can layer in between some of the layers of paint that you put on earlier , the red and the pink, if you dont like how your colors are separated this is a good time to hide it because you can mask that off with your white paint. I'm gonna keep it a little on the wet side cause if its too dry it will look to heavy, like that one and then you can add a little more water in there if you get it too runny it will be too transparent ,so keep that in mind, you can always, you can always, undo it with your finger. So this is how you build your layers, this is the fun part makes it interesting and the end result to have those clouds behind those palm trees that are gonna be done in alittle while here. you go ahead and go from nail to nail and making sure you like your result before you go on, because if something once you put it down you really cant change it if your dont take it off quickly and I pretty much like the clouds in the background. so I don't mind a lot of clouds myself. You can just keep it interesting and make em all a little bit different. There you go there are your clouds and then you can do the same thing with your beach and your water."
