"I'm Judy Frank for expert village and we're going to be doing some nail art today. What I'm doing is taking the purple up a notch. It's just a little too light, so we're going to go ahead and darken it up just a tad. A little dry brush is okay just for shading. Just take it loosely and lightly and go over it. It doesn't have to be exactly to the lines that you've already put in there, just give it a little shading and there we go. Just keep going. Now, this is where you want to be sure that you're colors are dry because if your colors aren't dry enough, you're going to have a muddy color range and we want to do the water next. The water needs to be nice and clear, so make sure your purple is dry. Sometimes if you've got a light, like this one is an energy bulb so it doesn't get hot. If you're going to dry a nail this won't get hot, you need a regular bulb. It's a really the good way to go because if you have a regular bulb and you're doing nail art, it's going to dry it for you much faster. This isn't really the way to go for what we're doing today, but if you do have a problem with paint drying. If you live in a humid area, you could blow it dry with a little blow dryer. It would be perfect. Like this one is still a little bit wet; I don't want to touch that yet. These look good and dry, so we'll go ahead and hit the dry ones."
