"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village and we're going to be doing some nail art today. We're back, now just getting that second hand taken off and it just takes a couple of seconds to get that get that glitter off like I was saying. What we're going to do is just clean up the fingers a little bit because they might be a little dry, so you might sometimes have to put a little oil on first before you do that. It always makes a better picture if you're doing photography. A lot of people will take nice pictures of their nails when they have some nail art done and the best thing to make them look better is a little oil around the cuticles and up the fingers. It just has a much nicer shine, because what I'm doing is pretty drying. So if you just did this and painted right over it, and then you went to take some pictures for your own purpose or for nicer photography, you're going to always need some oil on there. It just brings everything back to life. It makes them look beautiful and kind of cleans up the cuticles a little so the cuticles don't look all dried out from the acetone that I'm using right now. So the next thing we're going to do is just make sure we get it off of all of the edges. If you turn the nails to the sides a little bit, sometimes you get a little that you didn't see. And it might be a bump, and if you're painting over that little bump it's going to be like a little road bump. It's not going to be very good when you hit that with your brush. So make sure it's nice and smooth. So don't just take it off, but feel around and make sure it's smooth."
