"I'm Judy Franck for Expert Village and we're going to be doing some nail art today. What we're doing today is we're going to be doing some nail art and I'm showing you the end result of what we're going to be doing. Now she's got a beach scene on and it's got many layers. So the layers are going to make sense in a little while. We'll just go through the steps and put together the scene. And what we're going to start off doing is just showing you up close what the end result is and we'll start taking it off and going all over these again. So what we're going to start doing is just taking polish remover. It doesn't matter if it's acetone or non-acetone polish remover, as long as you get it off pretty quick. I do have a little glitter on here, so the glitter makes it sometimes a little harder to come off. But that's optional, you don't always need glitter, but I like a little shine when I do a beach scene, it shows where the sun is setting; and that's always nice. So as we take off the polish, remember actually this is not polish, this is paint. Just the top coat is polish. What you try to remember to do if you're going to be doing this is go downward so you don't get paint all up the fingers. So you want to go down as much as you can, and just move along from one to the other. You won't have a problem getting that cotton off if you just keep a tight little ball of cotton in your fingers. So this step is actually something you wouldn't do if they just come in and you're doing nail art. You're just going to paint them after they probably have a fill, but for today we're showing you from start to finish and then vice versa again."
