How to Style Hair Extensions

"Hi, my name is Julia and this is my model Kim from Extensions by Julia on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are going to be talking about hair extensions. (How do I style my extensions to look like the celebrities?) Well, to achieve that look, you actually need to create layers throughout your head. If you are talking about those beautiful full curls that they have, you need to have layers. You would actually curl them up so that way when the curls fall, they are all falling in different layers. If you don't cut your hair and all the hair is one length, if you try to create those curls, all the curls are going to end up at the bottom and creating a very flat look up at the top. If you are looking for a very sleek long look, which a lot of my customers request, you would just put the longest extensions on the top to make sure that they reach the bottom of the bottom row, so that way you have this nice long straight look. Even after you do that, you can still always get them cut in layers and you can style it differently and then when you come back we can always achieve a different look. "
