"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we’re giving you some tips and techniques today on pinpointing muscle groups. So here on the arm, pinpointing the flexor, attachment at the wrist and at the elbow, this is a curving type muscle. Using the fingers and the thumb, starting on the sides of the wrist bone, you can feel the attachments there like little cables, little rubber bands. Coming across the arm and it attaches right here. Feel that as you move the elbow around. Then into deltoid, bicep, tricep, three distinct muscles. Deltoid’s a nice round one. Bicep comes across on the arm and tricep along the back, three distinct muscle groups. Deltoid’s a nice round; bicep tends to bulge right here at the elbow, sort of egg shaped if you will. As you pinch it, without causing pain to the client of course, you can feel it how is comes up with an attachment point right in here. You can roll this around as well and then the tricep, a nice meaty muscle here in the back. Nice long muscle along the back of the arm; attachment at the elbow and at the shoulder. "
