"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we’re here today to show you some tips and techniques on pinpointing muscle groups. So on the front of the leg, to very obvious you have along the top of the bone here, goes into the side of the leg, runs right on top. Very long, very narrow, very cablely, resembles a cable along the leg here. Then you have the meaty muscle on the side. Very definite separation points and attachment points into the meat here, into the ankle. It rolls around along the side; very meaty muscle right here, lots of tissue. It’s not a place that you’d really want to do some cross fiber work. Two distinct muscles, one very meaty, one very tenacious if you will. Both attaching at the ankle and at the knee, separating by the bone, which is right here on top. "
