"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and today we’re giving you tips and techniques in identifying the muscle groups. Going into the gluteus maximus right here, most well known and the best and easiest muscle to work on. It comes from here at the hip joint if you will, comes up over, comes into the sacrum bone area, it’s a big covering. Gluteus maximus comes this way and minus comes in right here into. So the muscles has 3 different movements and the maximus comes this way. You see the muscle joint jumped into here, so that means he’s having some confliction. Pressure point along the attachment points and along the sacrum bone. Minimus comes this way underneath, so you’re digging in a little bit farther past my maximus. Attaches right into there in the center of the muscle. Then you come this way and the muscle catches from the leg into along the bone and up this way. So 3 muscle groups this way, this way and up along the leg into the spinal. "
