"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we’re going to give you tips and techniques for pinpointing muscle groups today. Going into the arm, obvious, the deltoid and the tricep here on the backside and they kind of identify themselves. They have their own little shape, their own little attachments into. The tricep, which runs along right back here. Tricep is an egg shaped muscle, you can see right there. So a simple pressure technique to see for a test pain would be run your thumb with just using your fingers as a guide. Your thumb down the middle of the muscle from point to point and watching a little cross fiber action as you come here, the muscle hangs to roll and the deltoid is this nice round muscle right here. Very simple, it has its own attachments into tissue and into tendons and its round again, pretty round anyway. Simple rolling movements help warm up that muscle for massage and into that you keep extending each other into the elbow. From rhomboid into deltoid and then across tricep. "
