"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona. We’re going to give you tips and techniques in pinpointing muscle groups. We’ve done in the scapula area and the neck area. You want to come along the ribcage and we’re going to identify latissimus dorsi and that is a simple rub along the bottom of the ribcage from the side up to the spine. Again, feeling the muscle stretch even into with the heel of the hand, watching the muscle group spread and stretch up to the spine, feeling the stretch with the ball of the hand. From there also go into the obliques, those muscles that come around the side the love handle area. They’re sort of a round and over into the back muscle group and following the stretch to the point into the spine, rolling the ball of hand over that following the ribcage. Latissimus dorsi into the ribcage, up and over and up towards the skin. "
