"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we’re talking about today pinpointing muscle groups. We’re going to give you some tips and techniques in achieving that. I have put some lotion on my hands. I actually use a product called body butter and it sticks to the hand without being oily or greasy and it doesn’t dry. It allows you to have the slip that you need so you can identify the way the muscles move. Right here, in the scapula area, you’re working on teres minor. Following the way, the scapula moves. Identifying the bone itself, you find lots of tendons. You can find just by going over the muscle, you can find its start point and end point just by feeling the fibers of the muscle tissue. They feel like little cables and here along the scapula, the muscles tend to go towards the shoulders. So sliding along you get a nice stretch going that way. "
