"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we are working on cranial-sacral release therapy techniques. We have done a TMJ compression before and now we are going to do a TMJ decompression. In the compression, we visualized going in an elevator to the basement holding our finger, our middle finger, at the TMJ joint and we are at the basement. We are now going to lift the skull with no more pressure than the weight of a dime up till we get to the roof up a high rise apartment; lifting, lifting, lifting without physically lifting the head off the table just moving those suture lines lifting, lifting, lifting. Besides being good for the TMJ, we are also working on migraine, relaxation skills, Tinnitus, hearing problems lifting until we get to the roof. This hold can be held for a minute to 10 minutes just depending on your visualization skills."
