"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona. Another hold is called the sephonoid compression and again, head is slightly resting on the fingers underneath in a grip kind of hold, the thumb right at the temple and this is kind of a spreading movement. So you are again the weight of a dime spreading the suture lines with the thumb and no pressure than the weight of a dime waiting its own simple movement that J-hook that I feel. This is great for backaches. Again, migraine; everything is good for the migraine, relaxation, pituitary gland afflictions. Again, sort of spreading; it’s a gentle spreading movement and again this hold can be done up to 10 minutes or longer."
