Video Transcript

"On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we are working on cranial-sacral release therapy. The third hold is called porital life and again, hands flat on the skull just above the ear, fingers can touch the ear and again, a lift motion lifting at the suture lines with no pressure than the weight of a dime; very subtle move lifting the upper to back portion of the skull without actually doing the lift. You are feeling that J-movement of the cranial sacral fluid. Feeling the lift, gently movements this helps relieve sinus pressure, circulation in the head, great for migraines, great relaxation tool and you can hold this for as long as the client likes this. This can be a 10 minute hold; this can be a 30 second hold up to 5 or 10 minutes. "
