"Hi! On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Jean Hurley from Siegels Day Spa in Cottonwood, Arizona and we are going to talk today about cranio-sacral release therapy. Cranio-sacral has fluid, cranio-sacral fluid that goes from the spine where the sacrum bone which is found at the bottom all the way up through the spine into the skull. It is a fluid that goes from spine to sacrum so all of this therapy is great for release from backaches to migraines, help in Parkinson’s Disease, Tinnitus, etc. You are going to pay close attention to the sutures of the skull. These are the things we are trying to stretch to give release to pressure and pain that happened in the cranium. Everything from this sphenoid bone to the frontal bone, the coronial suture, parietal bone, zygomatic bone here by the ear right under the temple and external acoustic medias, right in here, TMJ of course and temporal mandibular joint. A lot of pressure builds up just from the joint. A lot of people will at night bite down without knowing so the simple release techniques that we are going to show you will help relieve pain and pressure at that joint."
