"JENNIFER CROW: Hi, this is Jennifer and I'm the owner of wedgiewear.com, and we're here with Expert Village. So you're going to start off with your top. I like to use elastic. You don't necessarily need to. It just kind of fits and holds together for a longer period of time. And also, if you are not just in it for lying out in the beach or something, if you're surfing or whatever like that, you do need it to stay on a little bit, a little bit more, so elastic is a good way to do that. So what we're going to start here is just to have an elastic foot in and then just start sewing it. And you're just going to pull it on through and then use your scissors to cut it. So now you have one."
