"So let's take a look at how to know when a bra isn't fitting. This mannequin is fitting this bra nicely because the band is straight across the back, it's parallel to the ground and it's low, and it's snug. She doesn't have a whole lot of room in here. The thing with bras is that they are made out of elastic and your body is 100 degrees. So when you heat up, the elastic heats up and it expands. So when your bra starts riding up in the back, you want to go to the next set of hooks and when you get to the last set of hooks and it starts riding up in the back, it doesn't fit anymore. So that's when it's time to get rid of your bra and find a new one. When you start off in your bra and you can close it to the tightest hook and you're trying to wear this as an everyday bra, I'd recommend going a smaller size in the band because when you start on the tightest hook, it's not going to last you very long and it's just going to keep riding up in the back. When a cup doesn't fit, there are two things you want to look for, either it's too big and you're gapping up here and you're gapping down here like this mannequin is in this bra there's too much room between the breast tissue and the wire. You want the wire to hit right underneath the lowest part of your breast tissue and you don't want any ridges up here. If there's a ridge up here, it's too tight. If there's gapping up here, it's too big. A bra will last you only so many months so you need to stock up on bras. So starting with 4 bras you'll get about 6 months out of your bras. If you go between 6 and 8 bras you might get 8 to 10 months and this is when you are rotating them every single day. So make sure that you are taking care of your bras and try to get them to fit you as long as possible. "
