"Let's start with the bra. First and foremost, you should always be wearing a bra. Whether it's just around the house, or you're going out for the day. The bra is going to support your breast tissue and it's going to keep the breast tissue from breaking down too quickly. This is going to keep you firm and lifted as long as you possibly can. Also, it just looks better. When you're lifted in the right bra, into a nice shape, it makes your waist look smaller in comparison. Take the time to go get fit. It's so important to wear the correct bra size. You can go to Nordstrom and they'll fit you, or you can go to the store I work at in Santa Monica, or any one of the boutiques like that where they specialize in bra fitting. It's very important that you go to somebody who knows what they're talking about. You want to know the measurement around your rib cage and you want the band to fit snug. It's going to stretch and it's really important that it starts off snug. If the bra rides up in the back and your straps fall down a lot, it's not fitting properly, so go get fit. You also want the cup to fit properly. You want the wire to completely clear your breast tissue, not cutting any parts off, and you also want to make sure you're filling the cup all the way. This is the best way to get the fit and to get your shape to look as good as it can for as long as you can."
