Applying Face & Body Shimmer to Makeup

"I'm going to do a face and body shimmer on her just a little bit on the face because we don't that much glow on the face since we're doing a dramatic eye. I'm going to leave all the shimmer to the eyes and not so much to the face, but definitely on the body. Shimmer powder is great to have. It's just s good little accent to your makeup. With a shimmer powder you have to be very careful because it can get all over the place. I work primarily out of the cap. There's enough on the cap for you to work with. You can pair this with a moisturizer and make it a liquid or you could use a big brush and dip into the cap. A little at a time a little goes a long way with this. You just want to really put it on the cheekbones. Gives a nice little glow. Then you want to dust it definitely, especially if you?re wearing something low cut or showing a lot of skin. Down the neck, down the chest, really blend and dust it nicely all over any skin that?s exposed. It's really going to accentuate your skin and make it look perfect. Like I said you can turn this into a moisturizer. A glowing moisturizer if you don't want to use a brush. On the arms you can put it, anywhere that the skin is exposed. You can just put a nice little glow. It will just make everything to look perfect. If you want your face to glow a little more you can dust it very lightly over the whole entire face if you want. A little goes a long way go be very careful. You can also use this as a highlight under your brow by taking an eyeshadow brush and putting it under your brow. It's a good little thing to have this shimmer powder. A nice little addition to your makeup kit."
