"Skin care is very important your makeup is only going to look as good as your skin underneath it. So really take care of your skin. You want to make sure that you cleanse your entire face of all makeup residue and oil before you start out with your makeup. So we cleansed her skin with water and a cleanser if you don't have water then you can use a makeup remover wipe or makeup remover liquid with a cotton ball. Whatever you need to. To get your face completely clean and then you want to moisturize and the moisturizer you want to use depends on you skin type. She's a combination skin so I am going to use a oil free moisturizer I am also going to use one with a SPF cause SPF is very important especially if your running around outside. It just protects your skin and you'll thank yourself later for using it. If your a dryer type skin type you'll want to use something more emollient or more creamy something thats going to be more rich and if your really oily your going to want to use a oil free moisturizer that has a modifiers in it so it controls the oil. For her like I said I am going to use a oil free moisturizer with an SPF something thats going to moisturize the parts that need it and control the oil in other parts and you can use your finger tips if your want if your at home. Just make sure that your skin or your fingers are completely clean or you can use a brush and you just want to moisturize the entire face and really blend, blend, blend it into the entire face. And again if your dryer you can use a little bit more moisturizer because thats going to, your skin is going to suck that up rather quickly and don't forget the neck and underneath the face because that skin also we want to keep it healthy and glowing and don't forget the eye area. A lot of people use a separate eye cream. I recommend it or you can just take your moisturizer and just kind of blend around the eye area with your moisturizer cause powders especially when you using powder around the eyes tend to kind of collect in the lines of the eyes. So you just want to be very careful. You want to be sure you provide a nice, nice base for your makeup and then lastly lip conditioner. I love lip conditioner I think its very important to take care of your lips. So you want to take a little bit of lip conditioner and I always like to do this first cause by the time that you get to your lips it will all be soaked in and your lips will be nice and smooth."
