"Ok so now we are going to do eyeliner. And I am going to use basically a black eye shadow or powder and I am going to wet the brush. I am going to use an angle brush. So, I am going to dampen the brush a little bit and use this wet so it will go on more like a cream or liquid liner. So you can use water from your tap or I like to use an Evian water spray something that is hydrating and just dampen your brush just a little bit. Don't soak it but just dampen it. Now add the black color little by little onto your brush. The brush is damp so it's going to go on pretty smooth so you want to start at the end of the eye, kind of wing it up like a cats eye. And then gradually go into the eye getting as close to the lash line as possible. You want it to all look nice and blended. You don't want it to be harsh. It?s thick on the end and as you move towards the inside of the eye, it should just get thinner and thinner. So it looks like a beautiful cats eye look and gives your eyes that large, long shape. It?s an illusion, I mean for smoky eyes it?s hard sometimes when you have smaller eyes and you really want to give that illusion that your eyes are bigger than what they are and not make them smaller. It depends on what look you are going for, how much you want to wing this out. If you really want it dramatic you can really go out toward the eye. I mean Amy Winehouse has made that famous. I don't know if you want to go that far, but it?s something you can definitely do. You also want to take a little bit under the eye, just right on the corners. So we are going to do a little smoky feel, you just want to take a little bit underneath the eye. And I like to take my trusty pencil brush, its great for blending and doing smoky eyes. Just kind of smoke it out a little so it just doesn't look like such a harsh line. You can do that on the top and the bottom. It just kind of smokes it out a bit and gives it a nice feel. A nice going out, it?s a very sexy kind of feel. Like I said make sure everything is blended. Blend, blend, blend. And there we go that's perfect eyeliner."
