"So, now that the base color is on, we're going to move on to the lid. And this is where you can start using any of the funky colors that you have. I've chosen to use kind of a medium to light blue that has quite a metallic shimmer to it. And you can use this wet or dry, I'm going to use it dry, with a pretty stiff brush; a small stiff brush, so that it will go on pretty potent. And you want to put this color on the lid. So, basically where the lid is, is where the ball of the eye protrudes. So that's where you want to concentrate the shadow. You want it just the lid; you don't want to go too farther up than the crease because then it's going to be like a period look, it's going to be more 80's inspired or it's going to be more high fashion. So you want to stick to just where the ball of the eye is and then across. You want to keep under the brow pretty neutral so that it's highlighted. And then the more you add the more dramatic it's going to get, so it's up to you how deep you want the blue to be. We're going for a little more of a dramatic look, so I'm just going to kind of pile it on. Make sure you blend, blend, blend, like I said. You don't want to have any harsh lines. You want it to look like it all belongs with each other. And again, keep underneath the brow pretty highlighted. And, like I did before, whatever you do on top, you want to do on the bottom. So, I'm going to take this blue and I'm also going to go underneath the eye. Don't be afraid to really experiment. Put the blue all over the eye, see what you think, you know, do it dramatic. If it's too dramatic for you then next time do it more natural. Ok, and now we're ready to move on to our crease color."
