Applying Lip Gloss

"I'm going to use a light pink lip gloss on top of this lip liner. We don't want to see much of the lip liner, so the gloss is going basically cover it, but I want to accentuate that really sheer, matte pink. And it's going to go really well because the eyes are so vibrant, we don't want something that vibrant on the lips. We want something a little more neutral, but still in the cool family. So, I'm going to use a light pink. So, I'm just going to take this gloss with a lip brush, and if this is your gloss, you can take it right to your lips. Just remember that that lip liner might get on your lip gloss applicator, so that's why I like to use a separate lip brush. And you just want to apply it directly to the lips, and just all over the lips. Basically cover where ever you put that lip liner. And little by little, add more. Don't add too much at once, you don't want your lips to look juicy, you know, you just want them to have that little glossy, sheer pink look to them so that they look sexy and not too out there. Remember, the eyes are really dramatic, not the lips. So, little by little, just add your lip gloss on to your lips. And you could do, you know, any sort of sheer pink. You could add something glossy, I mean, with a shimmer to it, something that's not as glossy. And that's all completely up to you. It's all personal preference. It's all your unique style. "
