"Now that the base is on, we're going to go right to the lid. I'm going to use a cream. You can use any kind of nude color for the lid, anything that's pretty matte. Nothing with shimmer or glow. I like the cream. I think it just goes on really smooth and it give a nice defined look. I'm going to take a very small brush and I'm going to go into the cream and go right onto the lid. By the lid, I mean where the ball of the eye protrudes. Where the ball of the eye is, that's where the lid is. You want to right from the base of the lashes, all the way up to the crease. You don't want to go any further than this. You want to keep it highlighted underneath the brow. You want to blend it pretty nice. This nude color is not very dark, but it's definitely deeper than the base color. You just want to kind of pile it on the lid and then really blend it naturally toward the crease so that it all looks like it's all naturally blended in together so that there's no harsh lines. You can add more and more depending on how dark you want the lid to be. She's got pretty pale skin, so I don't want to go too dark and for it to look too brown. It's not the look we're going for. I just want a natural nude kind of color. Look up for me. Look down. I'm not going to take this underneath the eye. It's a cream. With this look, it's really all about the top of the eyelid and not so much about the bottom. The bottom is going to be kept pretty clean. It's definitely the opposite of a smokey eye. There we go. We have the lid of the eye on."
