"We're moving on to eye liner. Since we have the crease done, I'm going to do a really deep green smudgable pencil liner. You can use black if you want. I just wanted to use a really deep green to kind of go with the warmth that we're going for here. Black will a little more dramatic. I'm just taking this pencil liner and it's a soft coal, so it's going to go on really smooth. I'm just going to draw an averaged size line. This is a smudgy liner, so you can smudge it around. Then I'm going to use a brush to smudge it out. Once you get a nice line drawn close to the eye lashes like so, you want to take a brush. An angle brush is good. A pencil brush. Any kind of smudger brush and you want to smudge it out. You want it to look really smoky. You don't want it to look like harsh line at all. It's totally different than the other looks that we've been doing. Very smudgy, smoky, sexy, sultry. That's the look we're going for. You can make it as thin or as thick as you want. As long as it's really smudgy and smoky. I normally like to do a thicker eyeliner liner, especially when it's a smoky look. The thin lines tend to not look as smudgy or not smudge as well and not look as smoky. Open for me. Close. Like I said, smudge it out the way you want. You don't have to make a huge cat's eye. You can smudge it out with your fingertip. Use whatever technique to get the line the way you want it. Open. That's a pretty good smoky smudge for me."
