"Now that we have the basic eye shadows on, we're moving on to the most difficult part, the liquid eyeliner. Most people cringe at the thought of liquid eyeliner, but if you know how to use it, then it's really easy. It can be an everyday look also with liquid eyeliner. Her eyes are so sheer and natural, that once we put this eyeliner on, it's just going to really pop. I'm using black because that's what the look calls for. You need to use a black liquid eyeliner. This eyeliner comes with its own little brush, like a felt tip brush. I don't like it so much, so I'm going to use my trusty angle brush, which is fantastic. Basically, what you can do is either work right off your brush, or you can put a little bit on your hand, a dish, or whatever is your preference. This is already wet so you don't have to use any water. This dries rather quickly so you have to be pretty quick in your application. I'm starting at the end of their eye and I'm doing a little cat's eye, and then I'm working my way across the lashes. You want to get as close to the lash line as you possibly can. The whole part about this look is the angle at the end. Basically, you want to make sure that you have that beautiful angle at the end. That cat's eye, that spike. That's the essence of this look. Open. Look down. Now, if you want it thicker, if you want it more contoured, or if you want it darker, just keep adding and adding until you get your desired look."
