"Okay, now we're onto the eyes. This is where it's going to get a little tricky. The first thing you want to do is a good base. This is the easy part. You want to take a nice big brush for the lid and you want to take a nice creamy base. Either a champagne color or a really light nude. Nothing with shimmer, but it can be a little glowy or iridescent. I'm using like iridescent champagne color. All you want to do is put this all over the whole lid. With this big brush, you just put the eye shadow on it. Use a little at a time, but you can be a little more heavy handed with color because it's so sheer. You want it all over the lid. The difference between this look and other looks is that you don't want to go underneath the eye with this look. Everything about this look has to do with the top of the eye and nothing about the bottom. The bottom is going to be kept completely clean and clear, whereas the top of the eye is going to have so much going on. That's the beauty of that look. It's the total opposite of the smokey eye. You really can't mess this one up. Just all over the eyelids is where the base goes. There you go."
