"The last part of the eyeliner is the black liquid liner. Like I've used before, I used the felt tip liquid liner, but I don't actually use the felt tip most of the time. I use a brush. Normally, an angle brush because I just have a little better handle on it. It goes on smoothly, but it's all personal preference. You can use the felt tip if you want. For this liner, I'm not going to wing it out too much. The 80s really wasn't a big cat's eye, winging the eyeliner. It was more straight and it was just barely there really. Just hanging out on top of the eyelashes. It was a straight line mostly. I am going to wing it out a little bit just to give some height to the eye and some openness to the eye, but it's a very, very skinny line. You want to get as close to the eyelashes as you possibly can. Again, with the liquid liner, it dries easy, so you want to be really, really quick in your application. The more you practice, the better you are putting it on and the quicker you'll be putting it on. The liquid eyeliner is concentrated only on the top. You don't put that on the bottom of the eye at all. Although, I've seen people do it, but I wouldn't. It just doesn't look fashionable. It just doesn't blend well. Open. Close. Like I said, be quick about your application because once it's dry, it's dry. There we go. That's the perfect black liquid eye line. "
