"Now we're moving on to the lid color, which I'm going to use a frosty blue. This was a staple color in the 80s. Everyone had a blue eyeshadow. Some people had a blue eyeliner and blue mascara also. That's going overboard. We want to just stick to the basics. We're going to use a blue eyeshadow on the lid. I'm going to use a pretty small brush because I want to kind of really put this on the lid and make it seen. I don't want it to make it seem so neutral. I'm just kind of dabbing it on the brush. We're going to go right onto the eye and we're going to kind of pat it onto the eye. That's going to make it adhere without falling. The lid of the eye again is the ball of the eye where the eye protrudes and all the way up to the crease. The crease of the eye is about right here, so you always want this part of the brow to be highlighted. In the 80s, they didn't really use so much of the brow highlight as we do now. When we get to the crease color, I'm going to kind of take that off. For now, we want to keep the blue on the lid. Again, we want this to be 80s inspired, but we don't want to really duplicate the complete 80s look, because then it wouldn't be fashionable in this day in age. You want to just blend, blend, blend. Once I have it on, I just blend it out. Like I said, you can add more and more depending on how vibrant you want the color. There we go. "
