"Okay before we begin this high fashion look, you need to make sure you have the proper tool. So if you haven't seen this print add for Bebe, featuring Rebbecca Romain, it's all about the liquid eye liner, dramatic cats eye and the burgundy shiny lips and the false eye lashes. So what you want to do is first off, is pick some false eye lashes, some really cool ones. You can go a little more dramatic than this. I wouldn't go too much more natural than this cause you want to have a really kind of cat walk or run way feel. Pick up some false eye lashes and some glue and practice so that you know what you're doing or take them to a professional. You also want to pick up a burgundy lipstick. Something that is really cool and dark and glossy. I mean you could put a clear gloss over any a burgundy lipstick. You want it to look very berry very raspberry, very shiny cause that's the look that that it kind of end tells. And then you want to make sure you get a liquid line eye liner. A black liquid eye liner. You could only get this look by using a black liquid eye liner. You could try to use powder and pencil, just not gonna come out the same. It's a very dramatic cat's eye. So any liquid eye liner will do. This one is a felt tip, you can do a brush. It just depends on personal preference. And then make sure you have proper tools. Make sure you have your proper brushes because that's gonna really really help with applying these this dramatic make-up. Again like I said practice, practice, practice. Before you go out make sure you practice a few times so you'll know what you're doing. Because this can be very difficult, this look. But I'm gonna teach you how to do it and once you know it will be very very simple. "
