"I'm Holly Olson on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to talk about prepping the skin for waxing. Anytime that you are going to use a new product to your skin is always best to do a patch test, so find a spot on your body that can be easily covered with clothes just in case you have a reaction. You want to do just a touch of the wax, take it back off and wait about a day before you proceed with any other products. Also another way to prep your skin is if you have oily greasy skin, is to use just a little bit of baby powder or talcum powder on the skin and you just lightly brush it on the skin before you do the waxing and what that will do is help to observe moisture so the wax contacts and keeps in hold of the hair and makes it pull out a lot cleaner.
