"This is Hollie on behalf of Expert Village we’re going to talk about how you can add to those eyes. You already have your eye makeup done and your liner done but how about you want to make even a bigger statement when you walk through the door. We’re going do what’s called like the Hollywood smokey affect, after you have your pencil liner or your self sharpening pencil liner around your eye a trick you can do is taking a smokey color it’s maybe like if you’re using black liner like a grey taking a flat tip brush dipping into it, getting rid of that excess, you’re going to come back over the top of your liner and you’re just going to dab along the top of that liner and it’s going to create more of a smokey look to your eye and it ends up being very dramatic. I’ll press this one…and you’ll find that it’ll kind of fall down into the lashes which actually makes the lashes look thicker and you can do this on the bottom as well, so you want to open your eyes and look up and you’re just going to tap along and there will be a little cleanup trick to this because we are purposely kind of splashing it in there. We’re going to come back and we’ll just cleanup that little bit of powder and to do that we’ll just use a little bit of a clean brush and that’s going to give you that real Hollywood kind of smokey eye."
