"So for our next step we are going to do is shampooing and conditioning the hair. Shampooing and conditioning the hair is very very important cause the elements in the air, I mean we all know what is going on with the environment right now. It effects the hair. It really does so what you are going to want to do is get a very good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and what we are going to do is shampoo. We are going to start at the scalp getting all the debris off the scalp and moving it through your ends. You are going to rinse that shampoo out, rinse it out very thoroughly. Go back in with a moisturizing conditioner . I recommend using the conditioner mainly on the ends. Don't do it on the roots too much cause it is going to weight the hair down but most of it is going to be on your ends; you are going to put it through. You can also bring a comb and comb it through your ends. Get rid of any tangles that you might have. Rinse all the conditioner that you have in your hair. How about cholesterol should we put that cholesterol type of thing on your hair before we go blow dry it. A cholesterol is more of a deeper conditioner that is something that you would probably use under heat and then rinsing that out in the shower. So this is what we are talking about something like Redken all soft which is great for your hair type. Grace has a natural, has a naturally wavy curled hair all soft from Redken. It actually has avocado oil in it so it is going to act like what cholesterol would do. It is going to soften the hair which is going to make it much better to blow dry so that is what we are going to do into now. We would go ahead and go on to our next step. "
