"Our next step after rinsing your hair in lukewarm water, what you are going to do is shampoo your hair. You are going to shampoo your hair and you should use shampoo for color treated hair. They have Redken, Paul Mitchell, Tony and Guy. They will have shampoo and conditioner so you are going to want to make sure that you use that. What you want to do is pull your ends and massage it to your ends. Get a good later on that and then bring the end up on to your scalp. Make sure that you massage it to your ends and then bring the ladder up into your scalp. What you want to do is close that cuticle and so go as and you are going to want to use cold water. You are going to want to seal that down and the warm water is good for the condition but the catch and release is better. We are going to rinse that out for about three minutes and then we are going to go on to our next step after our rinsing."
