"We are going on to our next section. We are going to rinse this out. What you want to do is rinse it in lukewarm water and you want to rinse it for approximately three to five minutes to make sure that you got all of the water out of your hair. What you want to do is just let the water run and then run your fingers gently through your hair because right now you are not shampooing it what you are doing is just rinsing the product out as much as possible before you get to the actual shampooing. While you are rinsing the chemicals out of your hair you want to use a lukewarm water to start with. One other thing that you also want to remember is that you are rinsing chemicals out of your hair so you want to be sure that your head is tilted back and you have the water coming down here because you do not want to rinse into your eyes. Do not forget that this is a chemical and you do not want to get chemicals in your eyes. Play it safe and keep the head back and not forward. You are going to use lukewarm water and rinse this all out of your hair until you get to the shampooing. Let's go ahead and go on to our next section."
