"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I'm very excited because my pumpkin pie is ready to be taken out of the oven. It just looks so delicious. So I'm going to grab myself a nice little towel and I'm going to take my hot pan right out of the oven. Go ahead and turn off your oven guys, we are not going to be needing it anymore. As you can see here, I'm going to show you my beautiful pumpkin pie. Doesn't that look delicious. It looks like a pecan pie in a way. Essentially it is a pecan pumpkin pie and I think it is going to be so good. What we are going to do is place this on a wire rack which I have here on top of a bowl. I'm going to place the actual pumpkin pie on the wire rack and you want that to cool for about an hour. Once that is cooled for about an hour and set, what we are going to do is we are going to stick in the refrigerator for about 3 hours and then it is ready to slice up and feed to your friends guys. You can garnish as you like. You can garnish with some, I definitely recommend whip cream. It is probably the best garnish for this. Or if you want to make yourself like a cream cheese icing or something, that would probably be really good too. But as for the pumpkin pie, it is nice and ready to be eaten pretty soon. I definitely recommend to let it cool for an hour and let it set in the fridge for about 3 hours. Then it is ready to eat , slice it up and feed it to your family, have a great time thanks for listening, I enjoyed cooking with you guys have a great day. "
