"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now that my pumpkin pie at fifteen minutes has gone by, I'm going to go ahead and take it out of the oven. As you can see it looks beautiful. What I'm going to do is drop the heat down to 350. That is going to be the essential cooking point that we are going to cook this. In the 350 we are going to cook that for about 30-45 minutes. We are going to take that little mix that we have here. We're going to sprinkle this all on top of the pumpkin pie. You want this evenly distributed. The best way to do that is bring your hand up pretty high. That way it kind of doesn't fall in one direction. Let me show you what that kind of looks like up close. As you can see we have the topping spread all away around. We have our oven at about 350 degrees. Pop that in there and let that sit there for about 30-45 minutes. I'm going to go ahead and add bring my timer up to about 30 minutes. When that goes off at 30 minutes, what I'm going to do is come back and check it. If I think it looks good, we are going to move on to the next step and I'm going to show you how to do it."
