"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip I'm going to show you how to add the pecans to the actual mixture that we got right here in front of us. You want to add about say about a half cup full of pecans. In your plastic bag here that we got, you just want to crush them. You can use your hands if you like or I'm going to use the bottom of my nutmeg. You just want to break these down until there is no whole pieces. As you can see here, no whole pieces left. Add these to the little mix of goodies there. Mix that with your hands. This is going to be a topping which everyone is going to love in the pumpkin pie that we are going to make. This is what is going to make the pumpkin pie. You're going to have a nice crunch of pecans in there. You're going to get that nice little mixture of flour and butter mixed. Kind of like a rue. That brown sugar is going to hit you, that little extra layer of cinnamon. It is just going to be just a beautiful topping. We have our mixture there as you can see and we are going to add this right after the fifteen minutes is up on 425. We are going to drop the heat, add this to the top of the pumpkin pie and we will be done here in about 30-45 minutes."
