"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip I'm going to show you guys how to add the butter to our little strudel mixture that we are mixing here. This is going to be for the top of our pumpkin pie mix. We want two tablespoons of butter. My butter here has a measurements on it. So you want to cut that at two tablespoons. Basically guys what you want to do with this is break it up to little pieces and add it to the brown sugar. You want this to be nice and cold, nice and chilled, right out of the fridge. The reason why you want it right out of the fridge cause we are going to mix it with this. It is going to make the mixture nice and crumbly. All that stuff is going to stick to the top of the butter. It is going to make little bitty balls of butter and brown sugar, flour. It is going to make a nice little topping for our mix here. Once you have the butter in there, you just want to incorporate the butter with your spoon. Chop it down. You can get in there with your hands if you like and work it all together. We are going to make a nice little crumbly mixture. This is what you want the mixture to look like guys. You can see there. You want it to be a nice little crumbly mixture of butter. This is kind of like a rue. Actually, since we have flour in there, flour and butter makes rue. It is going to make a nice little sweet rue on top of the pumpkin pie mix. The next clip I'm going to show you guys how to crush and add the pecans."
