"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip I'm going to show you how to fold these basically, this little mixture that we made of egg whites. We are going to fold them into the pumpkin pie mix. Only a little at a time and just grab the pumpkin pie mix and slowly just fold it in, you don't want to be rough with it. Just fold it, add the rest to it and just fold it in guys you don't have to stir it vigorously, you just want to stir all that mixture with the pumpkin pie mix. We got ourselves a nice little pumpkin pie mixture ready to go in the pie crust. Keep folding and folding so you don't see the white and all you see is the orange, you don't want to mix hard you just want to fold over it, just like I'm doing here guys. Till you get yourself a nice mixture that will be a nice consistency as you can see it is very smooth in consistency. It glides off right off my spoon. That is from straining it and folding in the egg whites it is given it that nice fluffy look. That is actually what we want for our pie, thanks for listening I'll talk to you on the next clip."
