"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village. Now I'm done, I actually finished puring my beautiful mixture of pumpkin mix now it's nice and smooth. That way the custard is going to be nice and smooth when we are actually going to fill the pie. I got myself a clean bowl and my eggs whites, so I'm going to drop my egg whites into my clean bowl and I'm going to whisk them with my whisk. Until it has soft peaks and it will take a while to the soft peaks form but when they are done you will know it. After fifteen minutes of whisking 10-15 minutes you're going to finally get a mixture that kind of looks like this. I know it is kind to see but you can see the soft peak that I'm getting at the end of this. That means that basically the peaks stays, the peak is the part at the very bottom when you turn it over it kind of stays up and folds over. You want soft to hard peaks and then we are going to fold this right into the pumpkin pie mix. I'm going to show you how to do that on the next clip."
