"Hey guys, my name is Jay, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now that I've got all the seasoning and pie mix inside of our little bowl here, what I'm going to do is I'm going to start mixing all this stuff together. And basically what we're going to do is just beat this, so you've got a nice little mixture there. You just want to incorporate everything all together. What we're going to do is we're going to actually strain this into a strainer into another bowl, once it's nice and mixed. Alright now I've got my strainer right here, inside of a bowl, as you can see. And I'm just going to pour that right into there. You want to get all of that pie mix out of that bowl, guys. You can actually use one of these spatulas here to get everything out. And you're going to push everything through, using this spatula. Basically you're going to try to push it through all the holes on your strainer. Depending on the type of strainer you have, it's going to take longer on some because some strainers are better than others and they have smaller holes. If you've got big holes it's going to take a lot faster than it will with small holes. Mine has small holes, so I'm just going to let this drip through, and I'll show you what it looks like on the next clip. Thanks guys. "
