"Hey guys, my name is Jay, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to go ahead and show you how to add the seasoning. Now for seasoning in a pumpkin pie mix, I'm going to add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, so basically just fill up a teaspoon that you've got in your cupboard. And you can just eyeball this basically, that's a teaspoon right there. Okay, we're going to get the ground, actually I've got a little bit of salt, you want to add about a half a teaspoon of salt. Now you want to add some nutmeg, and you want the equivalent to about a half of teaspoon of nutmeg. And basically what you do is just grate your actual little nutmeg on the microplane grater that you got, and it comes out nice and pretty. And you can just do about a half of teaspoon to a teaspoon of nutmeg. This stuff is great guys, especially fresh. And basically that's it for ingredients for this. You're going to beat that together, and it's going to be a nice little pumpkin puree mix. Actually guys, what we're going to do is, I'm going to show you how to actually beat the whites next, and from there on we're going to actually go on and start baking pretty soon. And that's it for adding the seasonings. You can add ginger if you'd like, but I don't. Thanks. "
