Make Pie Mix for Pumpkin Pie

"Hey guys, my name is Jay, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to mix together the pumpkin pie mix with the sweet and condensed milk, and with the actual eggs. You just want to scoop out all this pumpkin pie mix into a large bowl. You want to get every little last bit out of there. Once all that's in there guys, you want to get the sweet and condensed milk and pour that all into that. That's going to give it a nice, rich flavor. And also I'm going to separate these eggs from each other. First I'm going to get my garbage bowl real quick so I can discard of everything. You're going to get an egg, crack it, and essentially you don't want the egg whites inside there so we're going to have a little measuring cup right here guys, and you're going to toss around that egg yolk until all the white comes out. You just go back and forth in the egg, and you toss in that one egg yolk. Do the same thing with this. All you want is the egg white separated from the egg yolk so you go back and forth, in a little measuring cup, add the egg yolk in there, and we're ready to add the seasoning in here now. Thanks. "
