"Hey guys my name is J and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip I'm going to show you a little bit of some tips that I can give you on basically precooking tips. The things that you do before you actually start to cook. The first and foremost you always want to preheat your oven. I'm going to do mine at 425 so I'm going to go over here and actually preheat my oven at 425. Luckily my oven beaps when it is preheated so I would know when it is preheated. Another thing that I can tell you as far as precooking tips put your butter away inside the fridge. Which I'm going to do right now that way it is nice and chilled when you are ready to use. We also are going to want to separate everything from each other as far as ingredients for the pie mix we are going to separate it. From the topping mix and we would be good to go and ready to actually start this pie and everything would come out good. Nice and perfect and in order. You also want to get maybe a trash bowl where you can empty your trash, your empty eggshells and everything else you are going to need to empty out the trash. So that way it can stay nice and clean while you are working. Those are my little precooking tips that I got for you guys thanks and I talk to you in my next clip. "
